Welcome to UK Medical & Event Services Training
Here at UK Medical & Event Services, we pride ourselves on our training. We have set ourselves a mission to provide the very best in training services, regardless of the level involved, and have a passion to pass on our knowledge and skills.
All our trainers are current front-line staff, and in such bring a wealth of real-world experience to our sessions. We ensure there are no “Death by Powerpoint” sessions of simply regurgitating material, and that we don’t just train people to pass the assessments, but give them the knowledge and confidence to be able to use their skills if and when they are called on.
We run our pre-hospital courses out of our headquarters in Stafford, with good links to the M6 and public transport. We have free on-site parking.
We are able to provide on-site training for larger groups within the West Midlands area. For 3 or 5 day courses we are able to work provide courses further afield. Please contact us to discuss.
We also run courses for individuals in Staffordshire. Check our calendar or keep an eye on our social media for our public courses. If none are currently available then you can register with us and we will let you know when a course is available.
A Range of Courses
Through our Qualsafe and NUCO accreditations, we are able to offer a range of courses, all taught by experienced front line staff. We offer courses from half day AED/BLS training for companies that have installed defibrillators, through one-day and three-day first aid training, up to our pre-hospital emergency care courses.
Safe in our hands
Being registered with Qualsafe and NUCO gives you the peace of mind that all our trainers have both the correct qualifications and suitable experience to ensure you receive the best possible training. All our regulated courses provide nationally recognised qualifications. All our staff are DBS checked and undertake regular quality assurance checks.
The course was an absolute pleasure to be on, partly due to the other trainees, but mostly down to the fact that the trainer really knew exactly what he was teaching. Anything you were unsure on was quickly settled with answers that make it easier to understand, whilst ensuring the knowledge is sinking in. The environment was clean and tidy, and set out very well. Everything was conducted in a very professional manner down to small details like live actors and realistic accident scenes. Overall I would highly recommend both the course and UK Medical & Event Services. I have left this course feeling very confident about dealing with any emergency situation in the future.TomFREC3 - March 2019
